CCME Announces Stephen M. Dille as Chief Financial and Operating Officer

Stephen M. DilleCary, NC, August 8, 2022 - The Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence (CCME) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen M. Dille, MBA, CPA, as Chief Operating and Financial Officer (COFO). Stephen has been with CCME since February 2021, serving as Vice President of Finance and Administration. In this executive role, Stephen will provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, people systems, and marketing functions are in place to ensure financial strength, operating efficiency, and growth.

Stephen brings over 25 years of international financial and operational leadership experience that spans the private and public sectors across multiple industries. His experience includes leading large, diverse teams in the areas of finance, quality control, information technology, people operations, investment management, and business development. In his new role, Stephen will guide CCME's operations and finances as the organization works to broaden its impact and expand the mission of helping people by improving the quality of healthcare. Stephen stated, “We have assembled a great team here at CCME and are ready to embark upon a period of unprecedented growth.”

Stephen serves on the board of the Carolina Small Business Development Fund and is an Advisory board member of Pangea Educational Development. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University in Commerce, TX, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in North Carolina.
